BIO
Benjamin spent eight years as a police officer and, later, detective with the Tucson Police Department, before deciding he wanted to be on the other side of law enforcement. Graduating from University of Tulsa School of Law, passing the Oklahoma bar exam he worked for the Public Defenders office for few years. Benjamin opened his own law firm October of 2011 and focused primarily on criminal defense. However, his practice has expanded into personal injury, family issues and estate planning. Having the opportunity to assist not just his criminal clients but the community as a whole in all their legal needs.
